Mari Kurisato is an award-winning Nakawē niizho-manidoog kwe (Saulteaux aka Western Ojibwe 2 spirit person) writer, poet, and artist. They are a disabled, nonbinary trans-femme parent, artist, romance book reader, and perch for a cat. Pronouns are She/THEY/. Their stories have appeared in APEX MAGAZINE, ABSOLUTE POWER: TALES OF QUEER VILLAINY, LOVE BEYOND BODY, SPACE AND TIME, the Lambda Literary award-winning LOVE AFTER THE END, in THINGS WE ARE NOT, and in M-BRANE MAGAZINE.
